For New Clients:
We are still taking new bookings for late 2021 onwards. However as many of our existing clients are moving dates and re-scheduling their weddings with us our availability of dates is changing almost daily. Are we more than happy to meet with new clients either over the telephone or Skype / Facetime / Zoom to discuss their requirements for their big day.
For existing Clients:
If you are in the unfortunate position of needing to reschedule your wedding our advice would be first and foremost to get a list of dates that your suppliers can / cannot work with BEFORE going back to your venue. Some make up artists, florists and of course your photographer can only undertake one wedding a day. Having this information to hand before you contact your venue means you able to make a quick judgement when offered an alternative date for your wedding.
Last year we moved 44 of our clients to different dates for their wedding and did this without any form of administration fee. Unfortunately, like many businesses who have been impacted by the Covid-19 outbreak we have to protect the future of our business and at the same time be as fair as we can to our clients who have put their trust in us. The cost of running our business increases all the time and regardless of whether we are still able to work we still need to pay insurances, website hosting costs, professional services etc.
With this in mind we’ve tried to simplify the process of moving your wedding celebrations:
1. For couples moving within 2021 we will not charge any form of administration fee and providing we are available, will be more than happy to re-arrange your wedding photography. Please note though that we could be potentially extremely busy and there may be a delay in editing your photographs if you are moving to a peak date.
2. If you are getting married in 2021 and are moving to 2022 we would need to charge an administration fee of £50 and an additional small increase to your package price. For example clients who paid £985 for full day coverage would now in 2022 pay £1045 so would need to pay an additional £60 on their package price. The additional £60 would be payable when you pay your final balance. The administration fee would be invoiced when we move the wedding date for you
3. Clients moving from 2021 to 2023, based on our annual price increase of approx 6% we anticipate our fees for 2023 will be £1100 for full day coverage. We would charge our clients an administration fee of £50 to move the date and the difference in the increase in package price would be due when the final balance is due.

September 2021: 4th, 11th, 12th, 16th, 17th, 24th
October 2021: 2nd, 8th, 10th, 16th, 27th, 30th
November 2021: 20th, 27th
December 2021: 4th, 10th, 18th, 21st
February 2022: 5th, 12th
March 2022: 12th, 26th
April 2022: 2nd, 9th, 14th, 15th, 23rd, 30th(TBC)
May 2022: 5th (TBC), 7th, 12th, 14th, 26th, 29th(TBC)
June 2022: 4th, 6th, 9th, 11th
July 2022: 1st, 2nd, 9th, 16th, 26th, 30th
August 2022: 6th, 20th, 26th, 27th

Existing Album and Print Orders:
