The 5th November and a fantastic memorable day and night for a wedding. As a professional wedding photographer in Wakefield it always gives me pleasure to visit Wentbridge house for wedding photography especially as it brings back so many memories of my wedding to Tracy which we celebrated in the same place!
The day started off the bridal preps with Emma at Wentbridge House before moving around the corner to Wentbridge Church to meet Dave. Assisting me today was Vic Harris a very keen photographer who’s wedding I actually photographed earlier on last year! Vic has assisted me several times and it’s always good to get together with him when I require a second photographer.
The church had a strict photography policy and so I was only able to stand at the back during the main service, but to be honest it was extremely small inside and so I was in the best place possible for all the main details such as the exchanging of the rings, first kiss and saying of the vows. Church service complete and we all went back up the road to Wentbridge house for the rest of the photographs before the reception and speeches. With it being the 5th November Emma and David wanted some fireworks and we were there to capture all the fun!
